Harker's Island

Harkers Island is our new favorite spot. Josh had some vacation time and so we took the kids out of school and headed to the beach. We rented a beautiful beach house, and had his dad's boat. Unfortunately, the boat had some mechanical issues and we had to find some other fun things to do. We went to visit Fort Macon, and the North Carolina Aquarium, we visited a neat little museum on Harker's Island and had a fun educational trip. While visiting the Museum, we were able to find some research on our church in the local area. We were fascinated and I took pictures with my phone of all the written history.Since we didn't have a boat we did some dockside/pier fishing.
