The Bookbag Thief

Maggie's bookbag was stolen out of the car over the weekend. We just assumed she had lost it! Come to find out our neighborhood had a thief! We figured out that after we replaced all of the contents, plus the nice book bag and lunch box, it would cost us $70! Craziness set in... I started replacing, library books and Leesville Road Folders. She would have to complete homework again.  By Wednesday, about 9:00pm. in the evening, my neighbor knocked on the door. She said her neighbor saw some bookbags lying by a mailbox several doors down. She picked it up and brought it back to us! We thanked her very much.
The following day a couple of kids told Logan, they saw Maggie's lunchbox in a tree down the street. Thanks to those kids, we found it! In trying to save a little money,  Josh decided that maybe we could save the library books by baking them in the oven.Lesson learned... lock your doors even if your car is pushing 215,000 miles, and replace the lights in the driveway so the motion detector will light up!
