SO the end is finally nearer...after 20 months of our home being on the market, we have a lease option now pending our signatures. We are so excited!!! Ideally, it would be perfect to sale it, but it is a young married couple that just can't buy it now, but would like to eventually. I can't believe that the light at the end of the tunnel is finally getting brighter. I love that things always workout for the better.
On another note, over the last year we have witnessed 3 large snow storms in Virginia with over a foot of snow every time. This weekend, we have another forecast of more snow...I am wondering if I need to tell someone that their is a reason we don't live out west. The kids will probably be out of school all week, and thank goodness Josh is suppose to be back from traveling for the week on thursday, right before it hits again this weekend, I am praying that since Phil didn't see his shadow he will end this snow storm misery and I will see spring in 2 weeks...however, I highly doubt it! I do have pictures of the kids playing, but I have to figure out how to upload them from my smart phone first:)
