Our Little Getaway...
So Josh and I took a little trip to Morehead City, NC. It has been relaxing and a fun little reminder of the Good ole' days. Our early stages of dating and marriage which consisted of lots of trips to the beach fishing and relaxing in the sun. We plan to bring the kids back here in October for some more fun as a family. WE caught two huge red drums, one was 27inches and the other was 30 inches. We couldn't keep the bigger one it was too big. Boy was it a fighter and a huge Adaline rush. I loved it! I hate touching fish Josh really wanted me to hold the fish I reeled in but I just wouldn't have it! So unfortunately, you can't really see the size of the fish really well. So just trust me it was big...here are some of our pictures.

We own a beach house on Salter Path! You can use our house next time! ;)
We would love to, we have never been there. That's AWESOME!!! We have a family tradition of spending at least a week at the beach every year.
Just let us know! It's a 3 bedroom/2 bath fully furnished. It will give you more room than a hotel and we are only 100 yards from the beach! Do you know where Lost Treasure is on the island?
Sounds familiar, but I am sure Josh knows, he has grown up going down to that area. I am excited, we will have to get with you next time we go!Do you have a family blog? I would love to keep up with y'all!
No family blog. I just post everything on Facebook and keep in touch that way. I've always wanted to start a blog but with 4 boys and normal life with living in a car driving them everywhere....just still hasn't happened!
